During week September 9-12 we had an opportunity to be part of the IENE (Infrastructure & Ecology Network Europe) International Conference called Biodiversity in the headlight of future transport, focused on pressing issues and challenges of dual crises of climatechange and biodiversity loss
in the light of new technologies (electromobility, autonomous transport, artificial intelligence) and growing demands on mobility as well as increasing volumes of freight and goods transport, and energy transfer. Over 300 experts from more than 40 countries participated, including representatives of ministries, energy companies, NGOs, producers of protective measures, decision–makers, and leaders in the field of nature conservation and transport.
